Job Description

The Global Head Customer Audit is the senior functional leader accountable for the global customer audit strategy, execution, and governance across a multi-region data centre portfolio. This role owns the customer audit operating model, leads regional audit teams (AMER, EMEA, APAC), and provides executive-level leadership to ensure customer audits are handled with consistency, rigor, and professionalism.

The Global Head Customer Audit acts as the enterprise authority for customer audit readiness, balancing regulatory and contractual obligations with customer experience, and influencing operational, security, and compliance priorities through audit insight.
