Job Description
Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies)
Education/Major:
- Degree level and a strong working knowledge of the Industrial and Automotive markets is a pre-requisite for this position.
Experiences:
- Possess minimum 15 years related experience with a good technical understanding of automotive and industrial filtration products, with at least 5 years’ leadership experience.
- Technical experience in the automotive aftermarket and/or heavy machinery industry is a major advantage.
- Working experience in a multi-national company and matrix organization in related industries and within APAC region. MANN+HUMMEL - General
- Must possess an in-depth knowledge of the segments and markets as well as the drive and passion to understand the company’s products and customers.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Good technical background.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Foreign language/Computer ability:
- Fluent in both written and oral English. 3rd language within the APAC region (e.g. Mandarin) is advantageous.
- High level at MS software.
- Experience leveraging digital tools to improve product, pricing, and marketing processes.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable commercial and strategic outcomes.
