Deep understanding/working experience in: Antenna & RF subsystem, Modem Chipset and Electronics
Good experience in hardware design, integration and manufacturing trade/off
Experience in liaising with supply chain and 3rd party vendors for the implementation of the User Terminal designs
Understanding of 3GPP, 5G, NTN architectures and definitions
Desirable but not mandatory areas of expertise: Beamforming network (analog, digital, hybrid), or Satcom Air Interface & Waveforms and PCB design
Scripting and data analysis capability required
Passionate about complex problem solving with a proven track record of such accomplishments (the last for the senior role)
Firmly grounded in electronic measurement and instrumentation techniques, including RF measurement
Electrical/Electronic educational training and background strongly preferred
