- Lead Fortescue’s digital strategy across website, CRM, campaigns, and marketing technology.
- Oversee digital platforms and content to ensure strong user experience, performance, and brand alignment.
- Drive data, analytics and reporting to optimise performance and inform decision-making.
- Manage digital campaigns, outbound communications, and audience engagement strategies.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, including platform upgrades, integrations, and new capabilities.
