Job Description
What you will do
- Manage and organise multiple calendars across time zones with competing priorities and schedules.
- Coordinate appointments and travel as necessary, including the facilitation of hospitality and catering as required.
- Arrange complex and detailed international travel including flights, hotels, visas, ground transport, as well as producing comprehensive and detailed itineraries considering cost and integrity.
- Proactively support the delivery of key programs of work, assisting relevant stakeholders with deadlines and support the creation of reports and presentations as required.
- Organise and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meeting.
- Support with the prioritisation of emails and responding when necessary.
- Develop and cultivate collaborative relationships with peers, members of the Executive and external partners.
- Develop effective processes to ensure efficient delivery of information.
- Support communication with key stakeholders as required.
