Sound understanding of IT service models, cost allocation, IT service commercials
Proven coordination skills across multiple stakeholders and domains; structured and reliable working style
High resilience under time pressure; strong communication skills in an international environment
Advantageous: familiarity with IT service catalogs, ITIL, demand/change processes, BMC HPM or HELIX, SAP.
