Prepare regular reports such as expenses, office budgets, and operational summaries.
Organize meetings and events, including scheduling, venue arrangement, catering, and preparation of meeting materials.
Arrange travel and accommodation, and support visitors and company events.
Order office supplies and factory indirect materials, issue stock cards, and update data in SAP system.
Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock and coordinating purchase orders and suppliers.
Support HR administration by collecting and managing documents (time attendance, overtime, leave, claims, etc.).
Maintain record‑keeping systems and prepare summary reports for managers and operational staff.
Coordinate with local government authorities regarding work permits, visas, registrations, tax, and compliance with Thai regulations.
Support customer service activities, including confirming orders, delivery schedules, shipping documents, and monthly reports.
Monitor and update order tracking and import shipment status.
Support occupational health, safety, environmental, and quality management system activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
