You have at least one year of experience in the financial industry, with a preference for experience related to CLOs or Structured Finance
You possess strong analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail
You demonstrate a high level of personal responsibility, initiative, and self-management
You have the ability to communicate complex subjects accurately and succinctly
You have a deep interest in capital markets and structured finance
You are proficient with Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of programming languages is a plus but not required
