Key Responsibility Area’s
Sales :
- Business Plan – Setting up goal for the area to increase market share.
- Registered Maximum Order Booking for Retails Business in area to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure execution of sales process in the Areas adhering to Operating Policies & Monitor sales
- Liaise with Customer Base & Various channels like Dealers, Freelancers, Engineering Consultants, Electrical/Civil Contractors, Government Departments, Manufacturing Units etc.
- Bagged Maximum Bulk Orders/Intuitional Business/ Govt. orders etc.
Marketing :
- Proposed and execute sales strategies along with HO for the specific needs and opportunities in the assigned territory, including product positioning and pricing strategies with dealers.
- Identify potential market / industry segments within the area.
- Liaise with customers, Influencers, Freelancers & Channel Partners to Maximize Enquiry Base through presence & reach.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and position diesel generators effectively within the market.
- Co-ordinate and conduct Various Strategic Marketing activities with OEM & Dealer team such as Exhibitions, Road Show, Customer Meet, and Consultant/Contractor Meet, Service Campaigns etc.
- Develop long-term relationships with channel partners, freelancers, customers regularly engaging with them to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Monitor & track competition activities, propose & execute appropriate competitive strategy to increase Market Share & new market segments.
- Organised various sales promotional activities to increase brand awareness, entry into new customer segment, various campaigns for more market visibility etc.
Dealer Management :
- Analyze, evaluate & propose dealer’s appointment as per policy.
- Active Participation in Manpower deployment at dealer end in assigned area and their reporting and activity monitoring.
- Ensure training, support to dealer team and monitor performance in order to ensure timely support & resolution to Customers queries to increase customer base/repeated buyers.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts for the territory based on historical data, current market trends, and lead generation activities.
- Efficiently manage the assigned territory by covering all key markets, ensuring no opportunities are missed and all customers are serviced in a timely manner.
Financial:
- Close monitoring of product pricing into the market.
- Monitor competition product price positioning and plan our product positioning
