Job Description
Main Tasks
- Establishing the operating budget, approving investments and monitoring the cost and effectiveness of the production activities (e.g., controlling cost and capex)
- Driving continuous improvement activities, implement and sustain production basics to achieve the required benchmarking results in safety, quality, delivery and cost incl. inventory
- Sustaining and implementing a Quality Management System by developing and enforcing local quality assurance strategies and implementing appropriate procedure and measures for quality control
- Ensuring efficient logistics operations including logistics planning, transport logistics and production logistics
- Ensuring proper maintenance of all technical equipment in the plant to facilitate a smooth production process
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory HSE standards to protect employees and environment
Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.
