Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
- Shape and drive the local HR strategy, ensuring it aligns with and supports our broader corporate direction.
- Partner with managers and leadership on day-to-day organizational and people challenges, from disciplinary matters to team development.
- Own the recruitment process for management roles and collaborate on employer branding and university partnerships.
- Roll out HR programs, policies, and processes in close collaboration with corporate HR teams, ensuring smooth implementation across our Global Services Center.
- Be the go-to expert for Czech labour law, HR policy guidance, and ensure fair compensation and working conditions.
- Ensure compliance to local and global HR regulations, representing entity during audits and discussions with local authorities on HR related matters.
- Monitor key HR metrics, support headcount planning and budgeting alongside the management team.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and implement leadership and talent development programs in line with global guidelines.
