Job Description
Main Tasks
- Manage and grow assigned national retail accounts while identifying new business opportunities within existing and targeted customers
- Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts and maintain strong long-term customer relationships
- Lead customer business reviews, line reviews, and category discussions to support growth initiatives and product lifecycle management
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and customer programs
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product management, supply chain, and finance teams to execute customer strategies and achieve business goals
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, merchandising initiatives, shelf pricing, and planogram/modular set activities
- Analyze customer performance, category trends, syndicated data, and profitability metrics to identify opportunities and risks
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans focused on revenue growth, profitability improvement, and market expansion
- Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and business insights to leadership and customer stakeholders
- Utilize CRM systems and customer portals to effectively manage account activity, reporting, and project execution
- Ensure strong communication and alignment between customers and internal support teams
