About the role
We are currently seeking an RD&A Technologist to join our Enzyme Department, supporting research, development, and application activities focused on enzyme technologies for human and animal nutrition.
This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on in the laboratory, contributing to innovation projects and supporting the development and application of enzyme solutions across a range of projects.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine and project-specific enzyme assays and laboratory analyses.
- Support formulation development and optimisation activities.
- Prepare samples, solutions, and test materials for internal evaluations and customer-related projects.
- Accurately record, analyse, and report experimental data in line with internal standards.
- Support senior team members with innovation pipeline and application projects for human and animal nutrition.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, ensure safe working practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to support effective project execution.
Qualifications and skills
- Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Food Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience with enzyme assays, analytical techniques, or laboratory-based research (industry or academic).
- Strong attention to detail, with good experimental documentation and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, project-driven environment.
- A collaborative mindset with a willingness to support innovation and application activities.
