Kick-start your career in Human Resources with this apprenticeship opportunity in Grasse. You’ll gain hands-on experience, develop practical HR skills, and play an active role in real business projects as part of a collaborative and supportive team.

 

Description and Responsibilities

Personnel Administration

  • Prepare onboarding files (contracts, amendments, administrative documents)
  • Assist in managing absences, leave, and sick leave
  • Update employee records and HR databases
  • Contribute to the preparation of payroll variable elements

Training and Skills Development

  • Assist in organizing training programs
  • Track registrations, invitations, and evaluations
  • Contribute to the creation and updating of the skills development plan

 

 

 

 What we are Looking for

• Currently studying towards a Bachelor’s (Bac +3) or Master’s degree in Human Resources

• Eagerness to explore and build experience across HR topics

• Previous work or internship experience is a plus

• Fluent in English and French

• Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

• Good communication and people skills

• Team player mindset

• Curious, proactive, and keen to learn

• Basic understanding of labor law and HR principles

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Interest in digital tools and HR systems is a plus
