Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting financial applications for Upstream processes (such as Energy Components and/or CGI Production Accounting Solution and/or EDI viewer), or experience in Upstream Accounting
- Previous full stack development experience using JAVA, Oracle Exadata
- Previous experience of hosting web applications and databases on cloud using AWS services like Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA), AWS RDS etc
- Previous experience of supporting patch upgrades
- Understanding of cloud computing, integration techniques, APIs, and programming languages (SQL, Java, Javascript, Python)
- Previous experience with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, SAP BOBI Crystal Reporting)
- Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization
- Develop scripts or workflows to automate repetitive tasks
- Support internal audits and regulatory compliance reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience
- Must-Haves:
- Experience of supporting financial applications for Upstream processes such as Energy Components and/or CGI Production Accounting Solution and/or EDI viewer, and experience in Upstream Accounting
- Experience of supporting internal audits and regulatory compliance reporting
- Fundamentals of SQL, Java full-stack, containerization, and CI/CD
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, SAP BOBI Crystal Reporting etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Java full stack development with Oracle Exadata
- Fundamentals of cloud computing and knowledge of AWS services like ROSA, AWS RDS etc.
- Experience of supporting patch upgrades
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or master's in computer applications or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of IT experience with at-least 3 years relevant
