Job Description
The Process Engineer plays a key role in turning ideas into real, working manufacturing processes. From early process concepts and new line launches to improving high-volume production, this role offers hands-on opportunities to solve real manufacturing problems and make a measurable impact on quality, productivity, and cost. Working closely with Production, Design Engineering, and cross-functional teams, the Process Engineer applies creativity, technical knowledge, and structured problem-solving to design, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes on the factory floor.
Depending on experience, engineers in this role may focus on developing core process engineering skills or on leading increasingly complex process design, automation, and improvement initiatives across the manufacturing lifecycle
