Responsibilities for Airport Terminal Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Checking Bags of the Passengers before departure
• Making the Passengers aware about the protocols at the premises 
• Conducting daily functions of the security unit including visual deterrent, and report writing/note taking.
• Liaising with visitors, customers. and the general public on a consistent basis
• Providing customer service information and assist in handling the questions of visitors
