Ensure all sites are fully staffed with trained, equipped, and motivated personnel
Drive corrective actions for operational or service-related issues in line with corporate standards
Review key business reports (overtime, staffing, licensing, and account requirements) to effectively manage portfolios
Complete and maintain Standing Orders, Site Hazard Assessments, and client files annually
Coordinate with union representatives on personnel-related matters as required
Utilize multiple technology platforms and systems (e.g., scheduling software, reporting tools, HRIS/ATS systems, and communication platforms) to manage operations, track performance, and ensure compliance across all sites
