Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Technical and Operations
- Coordinate and allocate internal resources to deliver customer outcomes as per signed agreement
- Ensure all projects delivered fall within time, scope, quality and cost constraints
- Assist in the definition of project success criteria and objectives involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and desired quality
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and cost using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance and manage issues and risks using appropriate tools and techniques
- Manage and maintain solid relationships with the client and all stakeholders
- Run project status meetings with clients and develop related reports accordingly
- Develop and manage project dependencies
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
