10–15 years of experience in strategic sourcing within manufacturing, preferably Medtech
Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and engage teams
Strong negotiation skills and experience in cost analysis and value engineering
Solid understanding of end‑to‑end supply chains, lean principles, and KPI‑driven sourcing
Experience conducting supply risk assessments and managing complex sourcing structures
Knowledge of SAP and MS Office
Experience with ESG and sustainability topics within sourcing is a strong advantage
Fluency in English, written and spoken (Swedish is beneficial)
