The Learning and Development Coordinator supports organisational change by coordinating and delivering high-quality learning initiatives across the organisation. Reporting to the Director, Organisational Development, this role provides end-to-end coordination of learning programs, including scheduling, logistics, communications, and administration, while maintaining accurate records and data. This position supports the design and delivery of learning materials and e-learning content, monitors evaluation and feedback, and contributes to continuous improvement. It operates collaboratively while exercising sound judgement in prioritising work and addressing organisational needs, with opportunities for mentoring and development in facilitation skills. Key Responsibilities Actively build skills in workshop and program facilitation by engaging in coaching, observation and guided practice moving toward confident and independent delivery of organisational development sessions. Undertake end-to-end project management of learning initiatives. Coordinate the scheduling, logistics, and administration of learning programs, workshops, and events across Grampians Health. Manage programs such as the work experience and structured workplace learning programs for Grampians Health across all campuses including liaison with both internal and external key stakeholders. Work collaboratively across OD and broader People & Culture teams Support evaluation and continuous improvement of learning programs by collecting participant feedback, analysing completion and assessment data, and contributing to post-program reviews and reporting. Skills & Experience Degree in Business, Management, Psychology or a related field, or significant experience in learning and development.
