The Junior Finance Business Partner acts as a trusted advisor to the assigned stakeholders he or she partners within the business and will need to help the business managers to achieve their objectives. The role will act as a single point of contact for the finance department to the assigned business managers and will effectively prepare and present financial performance and variance analysis to enable informed decisions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure accurate and timely financial management information is prepared with detailed analysis of spend; Review of monthly commitments and preparations of monthly accruals and prepayments reconciliations including timely follow up on any queries Maintain system tools, gather and upload data related to forecasts into business systems and checking to ensure accuracy of uploaded data Work in close partnership with the assigned budget holders to provide accurate, timely and comprehensive annual budgets as well as monthly re-forecasts Be comfortable dealing with and working through issues and operational challenges with project teams and other stakeholders, getting into details to ensure proper understanding of the cost drivers and can provide insight to the non-finance members, seeking guidance from senior Finance Business Partner or FP&A Manager where needed Provide ad-hoc analyses as required by the assigned business stakeholders or finance leadership SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE 2+ years experience within Finance Advanced Excel knowledge (complex formulas, pivot tables)/BI tools - PowerBI, SmartView, ClickView Continuous improvement mindset/experience ERP system experience (SAP nice to have) Excellent communication skills and advanced English level Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships #LI-Hybrid Molson Coors is an equal opportunity employer.
