Prepare test cases and test scenarios based on test plans and requirements and identify coverage gaps to ensure completeness of testing.
Perform test execution in accordance with specified requirements, including manual and automated testing where applicable, and ensure all test incidents and defects are properly logged.
Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using approved automation tools and frameworks to improve test efficiency, repeatability, and coverage.
Track and follow up on issues identified during testing to ensure proper resolution and closure.
Ensure that test results are accurately captured, documented, and reviewed, and that all test documents are maintained in accordance with project and quality standards.
Coordinate and provide support to internal and external parties throughout the various stages of testing.
Provide regular updates to the reporting manager on the status of testing activities, assigned tasks, and issues arising.
Document, implement, monitor, and adhere to testing processes and standards defined by the Company.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, training materials, and user support materials where required.
Assist in conducting knowledge transfer or training sessions for internal and external parties and support continuous improvement initiatives in quality assurance and test automation practices.
