Job Description
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently; Bilingual is a Plus!

1-2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably mechanical activities
- 1-2 years of enrollment in a High School, Community college or University technical program, preferred

Ability to safely use or learn to use hand and power tools, and electrical devices i.e. multi-meter, etc
- Ability to read and work from schematics, blueprints, diagrams and sketches

Basic computer skills (MS Office) and ability to learn Maintenance Management Software (CMMS).

Physical requirements for the position such as mobility, vision, strength, etc. (applicable in line with local laws):

Ability to move from one area to another by stepping over and/or bending under objects

Mobility sufficient to allow frequent entrance and exits from lift or fork truck.

Must be able to wear dust mask, earplugs, face shields as necessary

Ability to climb ladders and other elevated equipment listen to equipment, look for defects in product and sense temperature changes in the finished product

Stand and walk long distances on the plant floor for 8 to 12 hours on a shift and work around hot machinery.

Occasional climbing, reaching, squatting and bending to operate and fix equipment

Work in an environment that may be exposed to external elements (hot and cold temperatures) and occasional loud noises.

Able to lift and carry, push/pull up to 50lbs multiple times per shift
“The compensation for this position is typically $20.19/Hour. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to jobrelated knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
