About the role

This is a newly created role supporting the execution of pricing and promotions across Sheridan. Working closely with the Pricing & Promotions Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring promotions are accurately set up, communicated, and delivered seamlessly across stores and eCommerce.

This role is perfect for someone highly organised, detail-focused and keen to build their career in merchandising or planning.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the end-to-end execution of promotions and pricing across retail and online
• Maintaining promotional planners, inputs and weekly reporting
• Coordinating communications across stores, marketing and concession partners
• Monitoring systems to ensure pricing accuracy and promotional alignment
• Assisting with markdowns, reporting and ad hoc analysis
• Responding to queries and troubleshooting promotional issues in trade

What you’ll bring

• Some exposure to retail, buying or merchandising environments
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Confidence working with data, systems and Excel
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
