Job Description
Who we’re looking for

Proven experience managing multi‑disciplinary engineering teams (Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, EHS, Controls).

Strong people leadership skills including team development, mentoring, and performance management.

Ability to develop and review design engineering criteria, performance specifications, and standards.

Experience updating system design documentation, standards, and SOPs based on lessons learned and new technologies.

Mandatory experience working with global SMEs, functional teams, and cross‑site stakeholders.

Ability to lead cross‑functional engineering meetings to share updates, lessons learned, and innovation ideas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage engineers, leadership, vendors, and regulators.
- Coordinate with GWS functional SME and deliver the projects as per the Lam standards.
- Support sites with problem analysis using standard tools and methodologies as requested.
- Provide leadership, mentoring and development of a high-performance engineering team.x`
Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering required with 16+ Years of total experience in Facilities engineering.
- Master’s degree with 14+ years of experience in Facilities Engineering with a focus on Design, Construction, and operations.
