- Proven leadership experience in master scheduling, near‑term production planning, or ERP‑driven planning within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of S&OP frameworks and how approved plans translate into operational systems
- Deep knowledge of manufacturing operations, scheduling logic, and milestone‑based planning
- Demonstrated ability to maintain alignment to the approved Plan of Record while managing near‑term changes
- High proficiency with ERP and scheduling tools, with a strong commitment to data accuracy and system integrity
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset to identify inefficiencies and enhance planning signal quality
- People‑focused, collaborative leader with the ability to influence across functions without direct authority and develop high‑performing schedulers
- Values discipline as an enabler of speed, prioritizes signal accuracy over churn, and alignment over handoffs
- Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM or CSCP are strongly preferred
