National Programme Officer (Immigration and Border Governance)

The National Programme Officer (Immigration and Border Governance – IBG) supports IOM’s work with the Government of Lebanon to strengthen safe, orderly and regular migration through improved immigration and border governance. Reporting to the Programme Manager (IBG), the role supports the implementation of IBG projects such as migrant regularization, identity management, border infrastructure and information systems, airport safety and humanitarian border management. The incumbent coordinates operational, administrative and financial delivery; supports planning, budgets, M&E tools and SOPs; organizes trainings; liaises with government counterparts, UN agencies and partners; manages project information and reporting; contributes to proposals and communication products; and supervises project staff.
