Job Description

  • Investigate, analyse and resolve infrastructure incidents, problems and service requests in a timely manner
  • Accurately record and update all actions within the IT job management system
  • Provide Service Desk support, including troubleshooting user issues and delivering one-on-one user guidance where required
  • Perform preventative maintenance across systems and desktop environments, including upgrades and SOE management
  • Monitor and maintain servers, networking, telecommunications and peripheral equipment
  • Manage and test backup processes to support disaster recovery, business continuity and compliance requirements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and IT-related projects
  • Participate in on-call roster and provide after-hours support as required
