Develop and implement a competency framework across the business
Consolidate existing Training Needs Analyses (TNAs) into one overarching TNA aligned to business and operational requirements
Maintain training and competency records within INX, including uploading documentation and ensuring data accuracy
Monitor training and competency compliance across the business
Proactively identify gaps and work with Operations to address any non‑compliance
Support continuous improvement of training processes, systems, and reporting
Provide advice and guidance to leaders on training, competency, and compliance requirements
Travel to operational sites as required to engage with stakeholders, review training needs, and support compliance activities
