Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a competency framework across the business 
  • Consolidate existing Training Needs Analyses (TNAs) into one overarching TNA aligned to business and operational requirements 
  • Maintain training and competency records within INX, including uploading documentation and ensuring data accuracy 
  • Monitor training and competency compliance across the business 
  • Proactively identify gaps and work with Operations to address any non‑compliance 
  • Support continuous improvement of training processes, systems, and reporting 
  • Provide advice and guidance to leaders on training, competency, and compliance requirements 
  • Travel to operational sites as required to engage with stakeholders, review training needs, and support compliance activities
