Managing users/devices using Microsoft Azure tools
Participate in project activities
Respond to IT related incidents involving IT provided resources (laptop, mobile device and applications, priners)
Strong interest in media/telecommunications and technical interest in computers, operating systems and mobile devices
Excellent analytical and judgment skills, experience with different operating systems such as Windows 11, Windows 10, MACOS, Apple iOS and Android
Understanding of basic Cloud concepts
Basic understanding of IT Service Management processes
Ability to set priorities and to work under tight deadlines
Work independently as well as with a team
Ability to communicate at all levels
Fluency in spoken and written English with additional languages considered an asset
Able to work in Luxembourg (EU-citizenship or valid work permit for Luxembourg).
