Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS
Develop high quality solutions on the ServiceNow platforms, considering ITIL and ServiceNow best practices
Maintain assigned user stories as per the team’s delivery process
Create simple documentation for implemented solutions according to the teams guidelines
Execute code-reviews of fellow developers
Translate functional requirements into development stories, with technical documentation and effort estimations, based on provided business requirements
Design, implement, and support the testing, of integrations between ServiceNow and other applications
Provide simple test plans for implemented solutions as required
Ensure timely completion of tasks and provide effective (Project) Management status updates
Coordinate escalations to ServiceNow support via ServiceNow HI self-service portal
Monitor the health and security status of our instances, and take necessary preventive actions
Support and train less experienced developers, sharing best practices to enable cohesiveness
Support all our ServiceNow platforms with support and development activities, as well as other tasks
