Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS
 Develop high quality solutions on the ServiceNow platforms, considering ITIL and ServiceNow best practices
 Maintain assigned user stories as per the team’s delivery process
 Create simple documentation for implemented solutions according to the teams guidelines 
 Execute code-reviews of fellow developers
 Translate functional requirements into development stories, with technical documentation and effort estimations, based on provided business requirements
 Design, implement, and support the testing, of integrations between ServiceNow and other applications
 Provide simple test plans for implemented solutions as required
 Ensure timely completion of tasks and provide effective (Project) Management status updates
 Coordinate escalations to ServiceNow support via ServiceNow HI self-service portal
 Monitor the health and security status of our instances, and take necessary preventive actions
 Support and train less experienced developers, sharing best practices to enable cohesiveness
 Support all our ServiceNow platforms with support and development activities, as well as other tasks
