Contract Strategy & Value Creation

Develop, implement and maintain robust contract and commercial strategies for each asset, in close collaboration with Operations Directors and OSMs.

Support and validate execution of asset business plans.

Ensure alignment of contractual strategies across all phases of the asset lifecycle.

Lead contractual aspects of claims and dispute resolution, in coordination with Legal.
Contract Governance & Performance
-
Accountable for the management, governance and performance of Operations contracts.
-
Ensure effective contract administration, documentation, and governance processes.
-
Lead negotiations of contract amendments, change orders and other agreements.
-
Identify and drive value creation opportunities together with OSMs.
Client & Partner Relationships
-
Own senior-level client and partner relationships from a contractual and commercial perspective.

Define and execute stakeholder management and key account strategies.

Monitor client/partner satisfaction and drive continuous improvement actions.
Risk Management
-
Identify, assess and manage contractual risks.
-
Ensure risks are clearly communicated and mitigation actions are implemented.
Leadership & Organization
-
Lead the Operations Contract Management team.

Provide contractual guidance and support to Operations and the Operations Leadership Team.

Share and strengthen contractual knowledge and commercial acumen within Operations.

Act as a key cross-functional interface between Operations, Brownfield, Finance, Legal and Supply Chain.

Member of Joint Venture boards, as applicable.
