At least 15 years of experience in SAP implementations, particularly with SAP S/4HANA transformations and carve-in/out projects, technical development expertise
Basic knowledge of the various functional areas of SAP ERP & S/4HANA
Experience with the implementation of various SAP and partner solutions
Basic knowledge of the SAP Basis environment and network infrastructure
Expertise in pre-sales activities, blueprints, explore/fit-to-standard processes, and integration projects
Strong strategic and tactical skills with excellent planning and implementation abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English (required for working with international customers and partners)
Ability to address objections confidently and persuasively, as well as a high degree of discipline in customer interactions
