What you'll do:
As the Senior Communications Manager for the Customer Digital Solutions & Product - Strategy & Chief of Staff team, you will be the primary architect of our internal and external narrative. You will lead the orchestration of high-stakes communications—from CEO Board updates to Executive Leadership Team (ELT) briefings—ensuring our strategic vision is articulated with clarity and impact.
You are a master storyteller who can pivot corporate identity through compelling narratives, translating complex technological and strategic concepts into digestible, inspiring content for audiences at all levels. Your work will drive change, influence decision-making, and elevate our team’s market eminence.
- Lead Executive Communications: Orchestrate internal updates for executive audience (including, but not limited to, CEO, Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team across a diverse range of programs and strategic initiatives.
- Narrative Orchestration: Communicate strategic objectives and priorities through expert storytelling, ensuring a consistent and compelling voice across all audiences and platforms.
- Strategic Translation: Translate complex technical roadmaps and strategy frameworks into easy-to-understand narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive Team Rhythm: Own the team-wide communications calendar and operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, team updates, and defining the "who, what, when, and how" of our internal team operations and engagement.
- External Eminence: Partner with Corporate Communications and Public Relations/Government Relations teams to lead strategic communications supporting external events, market eminence initiatives, thought leadership, award nominations, executive briefs, and public relations efforts.
- Influence & Change Management: Tailor communications to diverse leadership roles to build consensus, drive organizational change, and support strategic decision-making.
- Communications Effectiveness: Define and track key metrics including engagement rates, quality, and share of voice to continuously measure impact and refine communications approach.
