We have an exciting opportunity for an Coordinator or Administrator to join our Distribution team at Aberdeen on a part time basis, working 5 days per week. As part of the team you will form an integral part of our family to enable our distribution teams to deliver our great quality products, however, you don’t need to have a distribution background, as full training will be provided.

Here at our Aberdeen, we’re proud to be delivering customers our fresh bakery products direct to stores across North East Scotland and beyond.

You will support the Transport Shift Managers, ensuring all administrative tasks are complete in a timely and accurate manner to meet internal and external customer needs. The main responsibilities of the position include:

  • Assisting managers in the day to day running of the Distribution office
  • Maintaining vehicle maintenance schedules
  • Processing vehicle defects
  • Uploading Driver and vehicle records
  • Maintaining driver rotas
  • Ordering fuel and vehicle lubricants
  • Ordering office and uniform supplies
  • Answering telephone queries
  • General administrative duties as required
