Responsible in handling the monthly billing of the services provided by the Agencies.
Conducts field visits to assigned Debt Collections Agencies as needed.
Prepares endorsement file and ensure that accounts follow the guidelines provided by the bank prior endorsement to the DCAs.
Acts as the point person of the bank for all concerns raised by the Debt Collections Agencies.
Assists the Collections Team Lead / Manager in maintaining important documents such as SLA, Contracts, reversals processed to ensure seamless operation of function of the Debt Collection Agency.
Performs escalated calls by the Debt Collections Agencies being handled.
