Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 4 years relevant experience
Proficient understanding of tax equity concepts, operating reports, cash distribution calculations and systems/tools
Identifies issues and modifies processes and methods as needed
Applies strong conceptual and analytical thinking; able to solve moderately complex problems with limited guidance; interprets and translates legal language in financing agreements to resolve conflicts; visualizes data/key information effectively for various audiences; interprets financial data in light of business dynamics
Actively drives collaboration across functions; explains findings clearly to stakeholders
Focuses on building relationships to standardize processes and solve problems
Leads assigned tasks with management direction/guidance.
Manages investors/partners and other stakeholders for specific areas
Guides interns/new joiners
Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to manage customer relationships
Demonstrated desire to learn about the Company and the renewables space
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Teams
Strong leadership and communication, and ability to meet deadlines
Strong organization skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deliverables
Ability to multi-task, while working independently and as part of a team

This position is an office-based role with some travel and visits to other RWE office and field locations
Must be able to sit, walk, or stand for long durations of time
