Support the HR SC Enabling Services team in delivering digital and innovation‑led HR projects across an international environment, ensuring consistent ways of working that help maintain operational excellence across teams
Assist with the development and enhancement of digital HR solutions, including the HR portal and chatbot, with a clear focus on user experience, process simplification, and effective system integration
Support process automation and continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline, standardise, and optimise HR services and end‑to‑end workflows
Assist with project management office (PMO) activities, including maintaining project plans, tracking milestones, coordinating updates across multiple workstreams, and promoting structured delivery approaches
Collaborate with stakeholders across regions and functions to collect requirements, validate solutions, and support the rollout of integrated tools, systems, and services
Prepare clear and insightful presentations, analyses, and project updates to communicate progress, outcomes, and value delivered to key stakeholders
Work closely with and provide ongoing support to the HR SC Enabling Team and other functional areas across Global HR Services, contributing to their day‑to‑day activities and helping embed a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
