Pay You Can Count On
- Weekly pay range of $1,600 – $2,000
- Top earners exceed $125,000/year
- Activity-based pay, with mileage starting at $0.635/mile
- Additional pay for stops, delays, layovers, backhauls, meals, etc.
- Sign-on bonus available for experienced drivers
The Impact You’ll Make
As a Regional CDL-A Driver, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring timely, safe, and efficient deliveries to our customers — from large retailers to local businesses. Your professionalism and dependability directly support food security and customer satisfaction across the East Coast and Midwest.
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate newer-model Freightliner or Volvo sleeper tractors and 53’ trailers
- Deliver multi-stop loads (typically 3–4 stops) across the Northeast, Midwest, and Southeast
- Communicate regularly with dispatch and customers
- Manage hours of service and delivery timelines effectively
- Return with backhauls for tri-state area deliveries
- Keep your assigned truck clean and professionally maintained
- Optionally unload to expedite delivery when applicable
- Use Samsara ELD with camera safety systems (inward, outward, side)
Schedule & Travel
- Leave Sunday or Monday, return Friday or Saturday (5–7 days OTR)
- 34+ hour reset at home every weekend
- Holiday work required, with departures/returns adjusted around holidays
- Coverage area includes the Carolinas, New England, and Midwest (as far as Chicago)

What We’re Looking For
- CDL Class A license (required)
- Minimum 1 year of tractor-trailer experience
- Current medical card
- Clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in the past 5 years)
- Strong time management skills and commitment to safety
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English
- Comfortable with varied schedules (day/night driving, multi-stop loads)
