Relevant experience in Food & Beverage industry within a commercial production environment
Previous experience scaling products/processes from bench to factory scale; pilot plant experience desirable
Proven ability to drive data-led process improvements
Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of operational impact
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently and within teams
Full driving license preferred
