Sr. Sales Manager Channel DACH

Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior channel sales leadership role within the server, storage, enterprise IT, or data center infrastructure industry.
  • Strong and established network within the DACH partner ecosystem, particularly in the server space.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with distributors, VARs, resellers, system integrators, and strategic channel partners.
  • Track record of leading sales teams and consistently delivering against revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of the DACH IT market and channel dynamics.
  • Experience in developing and executing channel go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel across the DACH region as required.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in server solutions, AI infrastructure, cloud, storage, or high-performance computing environments.
  • Background in partner-led sales engagement.
  • Experience working in an international technology organization.
