Job Description
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior channel sales leadership role within the server, storage, enterprise IT, or data center infrastructure industry.
- Strong and established network within the DACH partner ecosystem, particularly in the server space.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with distributors, VARs, resellers, system integrators, and strategic channel partners.
- Track record of leading sales teams and consistently delivering against revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the DACH IT market and channel dynamics.
- Experience in developing and executing channel go-to-market strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Willingness to travel across the DACH region as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in server solutions, AI infrastructure, cloud, storage, or high-performance computing environments.
- Background in partner-led sales engagement.
- Experience working in an international technology organization.
