Job Description

  • Check and maintain network connectivity, cables, and PC hardware.
  • Provide technical support for internal applications, printers, and end-user equipment.
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure proper data communication and system functionality.
  • Monitor and ensure that all software used by employees complies with Yazaki standards.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Support users with IT-related requests and incidents (helpdesk activities).
  • Contribute to data consolidation and system consistency across departments.
  • Maintain documentation related to IT processes and configurations.
  • Continuously update technical knowledge and stay aligned with new technologies.
