Creates specification, diagrams and models to guide custom software development
Collaborates with system architects, developers, and software vendors to design and develop processes, integrations and technology solutions
Develops processes and procedures to facilitate improved software usage such as automating repetitive tasks, and to facilitate interaction with applicable operating systems
Develops skills to operate key applications and provide application support to ensure smooth adoption of technology, including supporting application documentation and training, as needed
Serves as focal point for logging software related issues and registering problems or enhancements
Manages releases for future upgrades and maintenance and ensures software works properly afterwards
Researches new technology and interacts with software vendors for assistance, knowledge sharing, and driving requirements representing Yazaki interest
Supports development of strategy and road map for implementation of the full scope of ERP systems within Europe including solution design, testing and implementation into the productive environment
Participates and uses in all departmental meetings and processes
Develops SAP objects and solutions that fit into the overall YEMEA systems landscape
Responsible for collaborating with key process owners to ensure Application process outputs and data interfaces are robust and accurate
