Job Description

Department Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized, strategic, creative, collaborative and dynamic Supervisor to join the Brand Content & Culture (BCC) team. This role is a true extension of campaign leadership — designed for someone who brings a distinct point of view on culture, consumers, and the world, can clearly articulate ideas, and thrives in fast‑moving, ever‑evolving environments.

This position blends campaign strategy, creative thinking, cross‑functional collaboration, agency partnership, and disciplined project management. It’s ideal for someone who not only executes flawlessly, but also shows up with opinions, curiosity, and energy — someone who can help shape the work, not just manage it.

Duties

Campaign Planning & Execution Support:

• Partner closely with the Manager, Campaigns to support end‑to‑end planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned to brand strategy and business objectives.

• Bring fresh thinking and cultural awareness to campaign development, contributing POVs that help elevate strategy, creative, and execution.

• Coordinate campaign inputs including briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approvals across internal teams and agency partners.

• Help define and implement optimizations from campaign to campaign.

Cross‑Functional & Agency Collaboration:

• Serve as a day‑to‑day connector across Retail, Media, Product, Analytics, Marketing Operations, Legal and more.

• Clearly articulate ideas and updates, translating complexity into clarity.

• Campaign Management & Operations.

• Track milestones, risks, and dependencies with agility.

• Support and contribute to agency relationships and feedback cycles.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, project/account management, campaign operations or related field (agency or inhouse experience).
  •  Background in art, graphic design and creative execution.
  • Hands-on experience supporting end-to-end marketing campaigns—from briefing through launch and wrap-up.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity while maintaining composure — able to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills - ability to organize complex workstreams, manage timelines, and keep cross-functional teams aligned.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
