Duties
In this role, you will:
- Manage the contract intake process by submitting intake forms on behalf of select McDonald’s leaders and verifying contract details across various systems.
- Facilitate contract execution by supporting approval workflows and the use of Docusign to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards by confirming all contract precedents and references and applying established contract requirements wherever applicable.
- Maintain contract records using the CLM tool as the single source of truth, ensuring all documents are accurately formatted, consistently stored, and properly archived.
