Manager, Strategic Sourcing Services

Department Overview

Lead strategic sourcing for Restaurant Technology categories, including restaurant hardware, infrastructure, and supporting technology services, partnering closely with Global Technology, Operations, and Market teams. This role is responsible for developing category strategies, executing sourcing initiatives, managing suppliers, and ensuring cost-efficient, compliant, and scalable technology solutions that support restaurant operations.

Duties

• Own and execute Restaurant Hardware sourcing strategy, covering in-store technology hardware, peripherals, infrastructure components, and related accessories.
• Partner with Restaurant Technology, Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Market teams to align sourcing activities with hardware standards, rollout plans, and lifecycle requirements.
• Run end-to-end RFx events; analyze TCO/should-cost; negotiate commercial and legal terms with suppliers across varied categories.
• Establish SRM and governance mechanisms; manage QBRs, KPIs and continuous improvement with strategic suppliers.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans; influence and align leaders on sourcing strategies and change management.
• Drive compliance with sourcing policies, ESG goals and supplier diversity initiatives.
• Leverage e-sourcing, spend analytics and contract management tools to improve speed, transparency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of Indirect Strategic Sourcing / Procurement experience, with strong focus on IT or Restaurant Hardware sourcing.
• Bachelor’s Degree (BE or equivalent) required; MBA preferred.
• Tools: Ariba, Icertis & SAP Fieldglass.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and project management skills with executive stakeholder management.
• QSR experience is a mandate.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CIPS/CPSM or similar certifications.
• Experience leading cross-border sourcing and complex transformation programs.
