Bending, twisting, lifting, reaching, sitting, and grasping varies in repetitions, distance, degrees, angle, weight, height, longest interval of time, objects grasped and body positions depend upon the task being performed and/ or the hand tools being used.
Must be able to lift and control weights up to 10 pounds.
Must be able to bend down and maintain a kneeling position.
Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions.
Exposure to <50ppm of chlorinated water, >5 PPM of ammonia vapors, caustic detergents, lubricating oils and other chemicals found in a live poultry processing operation.
May be required to wear disposable coveralls and disposable footwear covering for bio-security purposes.
Personal protective equipment /devices as required by Perdue.
