What you’ll do:
Performs varied administrative support duties to relieve supervisor of clerical and routine administrative responsibilities and to maintain an efficient and effective office operation. Sets priorities with direction from supervisor.
Administrative Support
Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Radiation Oncology Department by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and supporting day-to-day activities. Screens and directs inquiries, prepares meeting materials, records and distributes minutes, and ensures deadlines are met.
Develops professional written communications, reports, and presentations, and compiles data to support operational and committee needs. Assists with project coordination, research, and event planning, including organizing on-site activities.
Maintains accurate records and filing systems, including personnel documentation and department SharePoint resources. Supports preparation for regulatory reviews by coordinating schedules, materials, and logistics.
Manages departmental expenses and purchasing processes, including requisitions, travel arrangements, and expense reports, ensuring compliance with policies. Oversees office supplies, equipment, and shared spaces to ensure smooth daily operations.
Performs additional duties and special projects as assigned.
What you’ll need:
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma plus training acquired through work experience or education or Bachelor's Degree
1 – 2 years of previous job-related experience
Ability to communicate verbally
Preferred:
• Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education
• Administrative or technical background acquired through completion of 2 - 3 years of college
• 3 - 5 years of previous job-related experience

Compensation:
Pay Range: $17.30 -$26.81 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
