Take ownership to develop new lapping and Pitstop process (a pitstop process which preparation all kind of plate to support lapping process that will lap the bars to meet SH and RES target) which deliver best-in-class for writer and reader requirement, and eventually better mechanical and electrical yield

Develop assembly tooling or machine that are compatible with the new lapping and pitstop process with a basic concept of mechanical and electrical design

Learn & study the chemical properties of various lubricant (Lube and Slurry) to simplify the existing lapping and pitstop process

Work closely with operation shop floor teams (manufacturing, process and equipment engineering) to enable successful execution of new technology into the process

Be responsible for technology and/or process transfer between sites or inter departments
